How to rent a condo in Bangsar South
Renting a condo takes five steps. The agent fee is paid by the landlord, so tenants pay no agent fee.
- Shortlist and view. Pick 2–3 condos from the table above. Christopher arranges viewings, usually within 1–2 working days.
- Pay the booking fee. One month’s booking fee reserves the unit. It is converted into your advance rental when you sign.
- Sign the tenancy agreement. Christopher prepares it. Tenants only need a copy of MyKad or passport for most residential rentals.
- Pay the deposits. The security deposit is 2 months plus a 0.5-month utility deposit, 2.5 months in total, and the first month is paid in advance.
- Move in. Collect the keys and check the unit with the inventory list. Utilities such as electricity, water and internet are paid by you.

Are utilities and maintenance fees included in the rent?
Electricity, water and internet are paid separately by the tenant. The building maintenance fee and sinking fund are typically covered by the landlord. Christopher confirms the arrangement for each unit.
